The title of this podcast is a little misleading. It makes it sound like data center regulation is a myth or unlikely. The content of the podcast makes it clear that there will in fact be some type of regulation in the future. Regulation will be either through direct regulation such as the UK's CRC or through indirect means such as the US cap-and-trade bill.
Aside from that, great content! I covered this in my blog as well at; http://techlinks.net/community/community-voices/us-house-passes-cap-and-trade-legislation-data-centers-could-face-hefty-new-operating-costs.html
