    Data Centre TCO – Custom vs. Turn-Key

    A complete Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis for any data centre build is imperative, particularly when considering a Turn-Key versus Build-to-Suit or “Do-It-Yourself” (DIY) option. Calculating the TCO is a difficult task considering the number of components that go into any data centre build, understanding your internal cost metrics and how financial decisions are made within your executive team, and long depreciation cycles, among others.
